15 1500UT July 09 Horta 1052 miles

Another day in the mixer I'm afraid. Forecast winds in excess of 30kts arrived on cue this morning and are now with us till, we think, tomorrow. After that, easier - or we could be just dreaming that bit!
Before the wind picked up we had a great run last night with good boat speed, very good tidal assistance and a reasonably flat sea. We didn't know what to do with ourselves.
Both of us are in good spirits although a bit fed up with the constant bashing around.
