Horrible night! 32knots of wind on the nose big sea

the central heating up to 30 degrees go to bed and get a friend to lift the
mattress and tip you on to the floor just as you get to sleep and then keep
banging two huge tin lids together when you close your eyes for another attempt
ideally do this for two or three nights to simulate just the right amount of
sleep deprivation !!
the last 2 days could only be best
described as bubbling cauldron, please make it stop! its sunny but wet,
still struggling to find the sign pointing to Antigua, Hooray! I hear some
of you shout. We are going somewhere not quite sure where. time to go, not for
good though back soon. Ch
ken- you know yesterday I said at last we are
heading for Antigua well we didn't! another bad forecast would have put us in
the teeth of a storm so we turned south again can almost smell the
cape verdes, wind speed hovers between 25 -30 knts the sea is like a ploughed
field all a bit fed up of beating into the wind and Antigua is still a long way
